our history

We are a family run construction firm, headed by Karl Gordon Simpkins. A Gold Card tradesman with SSSTS qualification. Based in West Yorkshire we operate across Yorkshire, Lancashire and the North West of England.

With over 23 years experience we have steadily built up a reputation as a successful contractor carrying out high quality construction work and for completing projects on time & to budget.

Our team are committed to offering all Clients a quality service, delivered by understanding and exceeding their requirements. Whether larger scale projects or individual jobs. We have the experience, resource and capability for delivering construction & refurbishment projects across a range of sectors; including Domestic, Commercial, Retail, Education, and Private customers.

Social Responsibility

We employ a local workforce of time served & highly skilled Plasterers, Joiners, Bricklayers and access to most trades some having over thirty years’ experience in the Construction Industry. Our team of Managers and Supervisors have undergone SMSTS & SSSTS training and all are Qualified First Aiders. .
